Fruit Box Smoothie

Just the ticket after all the Christmas chocolates!

This recipe ticks all the boxes:

  • Uses up the excess fruit that you ordered ‘Just in case someone fancied it’
  • A healthy breakfast for the kids who have eaten sweets & chocolates consistently for days.
  • Clears space in the fridge making room for the oversized ham, goose and salmon leftovers!
  • Quick, easy and tastes flipping good!

Ingredients:

1 mango (peeled, de-stoned & chopped)

4 bananas (peeled and broken up)

500g yoghurt (natural & organic)

1 tbsp honey

Ice cubes (about a handful)

Method:

  1. Pop it all in the liquidiser or blender and whiz until smooth…
  2. Pour into glasses and drink away!
